1.40 Chang Log:

* Added MP3 Support!
put mp3 music in "ms0:/music/tetriabetes/" folder.
while playing press the R button to cycle through music.
can cycle up to 40 songs!
* made theme by littlevish (nice work man).
* added a Title Screen.
* added an Effect: when blocks lock they glow afterward for a few seconds.

I have included a 1.50 FW version, I tested it on fw 1.50 via time machine, it should be working on 1.50 phat now!
