Es para poder chatear con otro PSP, sin usar el Wi-Fi, esto es en caso que por ejm necesites hablar con tu amigo del salon de claces jaja.
Las intrucciones no se incluyen en el descargable, cuando lo ejecutes te dira poco a poco como se usa, el creador dice: "to use this homebrew simply place it in the applications directory of the latest version of LuaplayerHM"
traduciendo seria, "para usar esta aplicacion, simplemente colocala en el directorio de aplicaciones de la ultima version del LuaplayerHM" (recuerden que pueden encontrar de todo Lua en los tags, o dale click aqui
